Applications

  • SOAPS: CASFA can be reacted with different bases eg. Caustic ammonia it has no means etc. to prepare soaps having the desire characteristics.eg. solubility physical characteristics polarity etc. As required for different applications some of the applications of these materials are in cutting oil industrial lubricants emulsifiers and metalworking compounds. These compounds impart lubricity e and rust proofing characteristics. Transparent bar soaps and high solids liquid soaps are made possible by using CASFA. CASFA soaps also enable the solubilization of phenotic and crystal bodies in industrial germicides disinfectant and heavy duty detergents.
  • SURFACE COATING: CASFA acids are efficient pigments and dye dispersants which fine uses in ink coatings plastics cosmetics etc.
  • TEXTILES: CASFA acids provide polarity surface weddings and lubricity. CASFA acids can be used as such or in form of their amines, yesterday sulfates, soaps for teeth oxalates etc. Derivatives as required for used in lubricants and softeners.
  • RUBBER:  The sodium and potassium soap of Ricinoleic acid are emulsifiers and form stabilizers.

  • FOOD: CASFA used to manufacture Poly Glyceryl Poly Recinoleate (PGPR) a key ingredient in chocolate products.
  • VINAYAK POLYMERS: The sodium soap is useful as emulsifier stabilizer and defoamer for emulsion polymerisation of resins such as PVC and PVAC.
  • LEATHER CHEMICALS: Ricinoleic acid is used for the treatment of leather it provides good wetting flexibility and softning property to leather.
