LUBRICATION: 12-HSA can be used where JAYCASWAX is used, with better results. It can be used in glycerine free multi-purpose lithium, barium & calcium premium greases, eg. Greases for aircraft and automobiles etc., providing excellent, resistance to water, oils solvents, crude petroleum etc., wide temperature range stability and high drop point.
PAINTS: 12-HSA is reacted with acrylic esters to produce hard, durable thermosetting polymers used in the high quality automotive, industrial appliance and metal decorative finishes.
RUBBERS: 12-HSA functions as an activator and internal lubricant for natural & synthetic rubbers.
OTHERS: 12-HSA is also useful in Polishes, Inks & Hot Melt Adhesives and as a Saturated hydroxylated substitute for stearic acid.
